Booking Details:
● No Payment Required There is no payment required to book a spot at our café.
● Reservation Hold: Your reservation will be held for 20 minutes after the reserved time has passed. After the hold period, the reservation will be cancelled.

Important Notes:
● Please arrive on time to ensure your reservation is honoured.
● If you anticipate being late, kindly inform us in advance to avoid cancellation of your reservation after the 20-minute hold period.
● Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in the outside space of the café on the condition that they are attended to at all times.

Booking Details:
● Price: 100,000 RWF (consumable)
● Maximum Capacity: 10 people
● Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure the room.
● Fixed Rate: The 100,000 RWF fee is fixed, regardless of whether the group size is 10 people or less.

Reservation and Payment:
● To make a reservation, please contact us via the phone number or email provided.
● A 50% deposit (50,000 RWF) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
● The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the Coffee Tasting Room.
● The 100,000 RWF fee is fully consumable, meaning you can enjoy Kivu Noir’s products up to this value during your visit.

Cancellation Policy:
● Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of the deposit.
● Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will forfeit the deposit.

Important Notes:
● The maximum capacity for the Coffee Tasting Room is 10 people. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate more than 10 guests at a time.
● The fixed fee of 100,000 RWF applies whether you have 10 people or fewer in your party.
● No Pets Allowed: Pets are strictly not allowed in the Coffee Tasting Room.
● Reservation Hold: Your reservation will be held for 20 minutes after the
